(b) for "the National Assembly of Wales" substitute "the Welsh Ministers", (2) The power conferred by subsection (1) includes power to amend, repeal, revoke or otherwise modify - 2 (1) A search warrant may be issued only on the application of a person authorised in writing by the OfS or the Secretary of State to exercise the powers conferred by a search warrant (an "authorised person").
